Amid this global COVID-19 crisis, we are committed to doing our part to keep our customers and employees safe by making adjustments to our normal business activities to stop the spread of the virus.
While we are not currently accepting walk-in customers at our Innisfail shop, our staff is available to answer phone calls and emails.
Our service team will continue to provide on-site servicing of gates. We ask that customers allow our technicians to work independently during gate service calls. Please respect social distancing and communicate by phone rather than in person with technicians whenever possible.
Our parts department will continue to ship parts to customers as needed. Additionally, pick up of parts may be arranged in advance by phone or email.
Our sales team remains available by phone and email to answer any questions regarding gate projects and installs. At this time, our spring install schedule will proceed without delays. Our sales team will continue to assess and schedule low risk, on-site visits only. Wherever possible, our on-site team will assess your driveway independently. Please respect social distancing and reschedule appointments if sick.
